Maginnis was always ordering Big Macs, quarter-pounders, french fries, and apple fritters, but he never got tired of them. He said that the trick was the half-sized amounts, which let him enjoy the flavours without getting in the way of his weight loss goals.

Maginnis went on NBC’s Today show and talked more about his focused way of doing things. He didn’t eat anything between meals and only drank water.
